What do I need to bring to the office?

1. Photo identification

2. Insurance Card

3. A list of all medications you are currently taking.

4. Payment of any patient responsibility (e.g. co-payment or deductible)

When do I need to arrive for my visit?

For Office Visits: We request that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled office visit

For Procedures: We request that you arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled procedure. If your procedure is scheduled before normal hours or on the weekend you will be notified when you need to arrive by the front desk staff.

Can I drive myself home from the procedure?

Due to the effects of your sedation, you cannot drive for the remainder of the day after your procedure. The day of the procedure you must have someone that will drive you home, and your driver will need to stay in the waiting room until you are discharged.

How long can I expect be at the office?

2-3 hours. Please be aware that your time from start to finish could be as much as 4 hours due to unforeseen emergencies.

How soon will I know the results of my test?

After your physician completes the test, he will speak to you about the findings and any recommendations. Biopsy results can take up to two weeks to return.

Can I return to work after a procedure?

You should not operate any equipment or vehicles, or make any important decisions until the day following your procedure (with anesthesia).
